1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ProcessFlow, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the StoreManager Chrome extension and related services, including the website at 14x.app and any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Service").

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreManager is a Chrome browser extension that helps app developers automate localization and pricing tasks within Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. The Service provides:

• AI-powered translation of app metadata to 35+ languages using Gemini AI
• Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) based pricing calculations for 175+ territories
• Automated form-filling within App Store Connect and Google Play Console

The Service operates as a browser extension and interacts with third-party platforms (Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console) on your behalf, based on credentials you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to use any Apple Developer or Google Play Developer accounts you connect to the Service.

4. Account and API Keys

4.1 Your Credentials

The Service may require you to provide API keys or credentials for third-party services (such as Apple App Store Connect API keys and Google Gemini AI API keys). You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from the respective providers
• Keeping your credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs using your credentials through the Service
• Complying with the terms of service of the third-party API providers

4.2 Credential Storage

Your API keys and credentials are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage APIs. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your credentials on any server.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality, as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans ("Pro") may be offered with expanded features. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be specified at the time paid plans are made available. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to submit inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content to any app store
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that violates Apple's or Google's developer terms of service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ProcessFlow, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of your app content, translations, and metadata generated through the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Google Gemini AI. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service's functionality
• Any actions taken by Apple, Google, or other third parties on your developer accounts
• The quality or accuracy of AI-generated translations

You are responsible for reviewing all content generated by the Service before submitting it to any app store.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated translations will be accurate or culturally appropriate; (c) PPP-based pricing calculations will result in optimal revenue; or (d) the Service will be compatible with future versions of App Store Connect or Google Play Console.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCESSFLOW, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Inaccurate translations or pricing calculations
• App store rejections or policy violations related to content generated by the Service

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProcessFlow, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Chrome extension.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via the contact information you provide. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProcessFlow, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
