Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ProcessFlow, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the StoreManager browser extension and related services, including the website at storemanager.14x.app(collectively, the "Service").

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreManager is a browser extension that helps app developers manage their store listings across Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. The Service provides:

• Localization: AI-powered translation of app metadata (names, descriptions, keywords, promotional text) into 35+ languages
• Pricing: Purchasing-power-parity-based pricing recommendations for 175+ territories, plus in-app purchase and subscription management
• Checklist: Per-app submission checklists with drag-and-drop reordering
• Automation: Automated form-filling on store console pages and direct API interactions with Apple and Google platforms

The Service operates as a browser extension with a server-side component for account management, translation processing, and subscription handling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must have proper authorization to access and modify the developer accounts you connect to StoreManager. You are solely responsible for any actions performed on your developer accounts through the Service.

4. Account and Identity

When you install StoreManager, a device-bound account is automatically created using a unique identifier stored in your browser. You may optionally link a browser account email to enable account recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser profile and any credentials you configure within the extension.

5. Credentials and Security

• API keys, private keys, and service account credentials you provide are stored exclusively on your device in your browser's local storage.
• Private keys are never transmitted to our servers.
• Non-sensitive credential metadata (such as issuer identifiers and configuration flags) may be stored on our servers to enable features across sessions.
• You are responsible for the security of the credentials you provide and for ensuring they have appropriate access scopes for your intended use.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

6.1 Free Tier

StoreManager offers a free tier with the following usage limits:

• 10 AI translations credits
• 2 pricing country credits

Free-tier limits are enforced per user and are non-renewable.

6.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription removes all usage limits. Two billing options are available:

• Weekly plan
• Yearly plan

Current pricing is displayed within the extension and on our website at the time of purchase.

6.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or yearly) through our third-party payment processor.
• You authorize recurring charges at the subscription rate in effect at the time of each renewal.
• Subscription fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

6.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal accessible within the extension's settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at contact@lume.gg.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service in violation of Apple's or Google's developer terms of service or program policies
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content to any app store through the Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, quota enforcement, or subscription verification
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or access to it

8. AI-Powered Translations

• Translations are generated by a third-party AI service and are provided on an as-is basis.
• AI translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or culturally inappropriate phrasing.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all translations before submitting them to any app store.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation for any particular locale or purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ProcessFlow, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain full ownership of your app content, translations, metadata, and any other materials you create or submit through the Service. The Company claims no rights to your app data or content.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, AI translation services, currency exchange data providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service's functionality
• Any actions taken by Apple, Google, or other third parties on your developer accounts
• The quality or accuracy of AI-generated translations

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing all content generated by the Service before submitting it to any app store.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Termination and Data Deletion

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data, including credentials and preferences. To request deletion of server-side data (account profile, usage history, subscription records), contact us at contact@lume.gg.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service or its infrastructure, fraudulent activity or circumvention of usage limits, or non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your server-side data after a reasonable retention period. Sections 9, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated translations will be accurate or culturally appropriate; (c) pricing calculations will result in optimal revenue; (d) the Service will be compatible with future versions of App Store Connect or Google Play Console; or (e) app store submissions made through the Service will be approved.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROCESSFLOW, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProcessFlow, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights (including Apple's or Google's developer terms), content you submit through the Service, or your negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your remedy is to stop using the Service and uninstall the extension.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Trademarks

Apple, App Store, App Store Connect, and iOS are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play, Google Play Console, and Chrome are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in this document are the property of their respective owners.

StoreManager is an independent product of ProcessFlow, Inc. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise authorized by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Any use of third-party trademarks in connection with the Service is for identification purposes only and does not imply any association with or endorsement by the trademark owners.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProcessFlow, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
