Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 3, 2026
1. Introduction
ProcessFlow, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, operates the StoreManager Chrome extension and the website at 14x.app and any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Key principle: StoreManager is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your data stays in your browser.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Unlike many services, StoreManager is designed to operate without collecting your personal data. We want to be explicit about what we do not do:
- We do not collect or store your name, email address, or personal identifiers
- We do not collect or store your Apple App Store Connect API keys or credentials
- We do not collect or store your Google Play Console credentials
- We do not collect or store your Gemini AI API keys
- We do not collect or store your app metadata, translations, or pricing data
- We do not track your behavior within App Store Connect or Google Play Console
- We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties
3. Information Stored Locally
The StoreManager Chrome extension stores certain data locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves your browser and includes:
3.1 API Keys and Credentials
API keys you provide for third-party services (App Store Connect, Gemini AI) are stored locally in your browser. These are used solely to authenticate requests made directly from your browser to those services.
3.2 Extension Preferences
Your configuration choices (language selections, pricing preferences, data source settings) are stored locally to persist your preferences between sessions.
3.3 Session Data
During active use, the extension may temporarily store translation progress, pricing calculations, and other working data. This data is used solely to provide the Service and is stored only in your browser.
How to clear local data: You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the StoreManager Chrome extension or by clearing extension data through Chrome's settings (Settings → Extensions → StoreManager → Remove).
4. Third-Party API Requests
When you use the Service, your browser makes direct API requests to third-party services. These requests are made directly from your browser to the third-party servers — they do not pass through our servers. The third-party services involved include:
4.1 Apple App Store Connect
When using the localization or pricing features for iOS apps, the extension interacts directly with Apple's App Store Connect interface. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4.2 Google Play Console
When using features for Android apps, the extension interacts directly with the Google Play Console interface. Google's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
4.3 Google Gemini AI
When generating translations, the extension sends your source text directly to Google's Gemini AI API for translation. The text sent includes your app's name, description, keywords, and other metadata you choose to translate. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's AI Terms of Service.
Note: We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services, as their data practices are outside of our control.
5. Marketing Website
Our marketing website (hosted at 14x.app and its subdomains) is a static site. It does not:
- Use cookies for tracking
- Collect personal information
- Use analytics services that track individual visitors
- Contain any forms that collect personal data
Standard web server logs may be maintained by our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of their infrastructure. These logs may include IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps. Vercel's data practices are governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
6. Future Paid Service
We plan to offer a paid tier of the Service where we provide API access on your behalf (so you do not need to supply your own API keys). When this feature is available:
- We will process payment information through a third-party payment processor. We will not store your full payment details on our servers.
- We may collect a minimal account identifier (such as an email address) for license management purposes.
- We will not store your app content, translations, or metadata on our servers. API requests will be proxied without data retention.
- This Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are launched to reflect any changes in data practices.
7. Data Security
While we do not store your data on our servers, we take the security of the Service seriously:
- The extension uses Chrome's built-in secure storage APIs for local data
- All API communications use HTTPS encryption
- The extension requests only the minimum browser permissions necessary for its functionality
- We follow secure development practices and regularly review our code for vulnerabilities
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to address the situation.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please note that any data processed by third-party APIs (as described in Section 4) may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where those third-party providers operate.
10. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, most traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply to data we hold because we simply do not hold it. However:
- Local data control: You have full control over data stored locally in your browser and can delete it at any time by uninstalling the extension.
- Third-party data: For data processed by third-party APIs, you should exercise your rights directly with those providers (Apple, Google).
- Questions and requests: You can contact us at any time with privacy-related questions or concerns.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
